Key objectives

  • To establish the definition of corruption that would be used for purposes of judicial supervision
  • To identify criminal activities that fall under the category of corruption
  • To gather empirical materials that will serve as a fertile base for further monitoring of criminal cases related to corruption
  • To raise public awareness to the level of state commitment to the prosecution of criminal cases related to corruption

  • Determining the definition of crimes related to corruption in the line of legislation and judicial practice
  • Identification of different forms of corruption in practice
  • Trial period of judicial monitoring
  • Preparation and publication of working paper / brochure
