Regional roundtable discussion on trial monitoring

How should monitors report on trials while taking into account human rights, publicity, and prejudice? What issues, e.g. fair trial rights of the accused, sentencing issues, evidence gathering and presentation by prosecutors, merit specific reporting?

To answer these and many other questions related to trial monitoring, the Mission, in co-operation with OSCE/ODIHR and with Coalition All for Fair Trials, organized a roundtable discussion in Skopje gathering trial monitors from the region to exchange ideas and best practices.
